Pamela Parulian is a Registered Dietitan and owner of Beacon Nutrition. She is passionate about helping clients restore a trusting relationship with food and their body. While she has experience in all different areas related to nutrition including pediatrics, behavioral health, and women, she specializes in disordered eating. Using intuitive eating principles and evidence-based practices, Pamela educates, empowers, and supports her clients in their health journey. Pamela is thankful to be working in her hometown, while also previously having gained experience in Austin and Houston.
Stephanie has been practicing as a registered dietitian since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2019 (WHOOP!). She has always had a deep interest in nutrition and originally thought she would end up in research. After receiving her master’s degree in Human Nutrition, she stepped out from the background and began to love working with real people who wanted nutrition support.
Her approach to nutrition is pretty simple: everybody in every body is worthy and deserving of food. With a personal history of struggle with her relationship with food, she knows first hand that recovery is within reach. Over the past three years, she has seen clients do amazing things as they work to unlearn food rules and gain confidence with their food, movement, and body image.
Outside of the nutrition world, Stephanie is "a home-body who can’t sit still". Her favorite coffee is a lavender latte and she would move mountains for a bakery lemon bar. She loves browsing at local or public libraries, taking photos and creating scrapbooks, and walking outdoors in pretty much any setting. Her dream is to start a food-and-flower garden in her backyard, and she believes in her heart that the chocolate-peanut butter combination made the world a better place.
